Returns and Refunds

1.1 If you wish to cancel an order you can:

a.)    Notify us by email at info@swanndirect.com before we have dispatched the goods to you.

b.)    Return goods to us using the following process if the items have already been dispatched.

1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us and for a full refund or exchange, providing we have: (a) been informed in writing within 7 working days of receipt. And (b) the goods are in there original packaging and in resalable condition. And (c) goods are to be returned to us within 28 days. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.

1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required subject to the charges detailed in 1.2. Credit Notes must be used in one transaction.

1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: – In the event that the product has been used. The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

1.5 No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. There shall be no liability on SWANN DIRECT, Swann Group Limited or any group company to accept returned goods.

1.6 All and any breakages/shortages must be reported within a five working day period. All delivery items are tracked for delivery time and date. No claims outside these criteria will be accepted.
